I-10 Rehabilitation Project Begins in New Mexico on Monday, February 6

The New Mexico Department of Transportation District One office in cooperation with Mountain States Construction, Inc. (Contractor) is excited to announce the upcoming roadway rehabilitation project on Interstate 10 from milepost 55 (Quincy) to milepost 65 (16 miles west of Deming).

Beginning Monday, February 6, 2023, drivers can expect various daytime lane closures on both the eastbound and westbound lanes as needed. Contractorā€™s hours of operation will be from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. This rehabilitation project was awarded in the amount of $21.6 million and is expected to take 180 working days to complete, weather pending.
