The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD) has announced that a striping project on I-10 Eastbound and Westbound from Mile Marker 11 to the Interstate 210 Westbound Interchange is scheduled to begin Sunday, September 13, 2026.
Striping will also be performed on the ramps at Exits 20, 21, and 23. Motorists should expect lane closures during daytime and nighttime hours.
The work should be completed by November 2026, weather permitting.
DOTD appreciates your patience and reminds you to please drive with caution through the construction site and be on the lookout for work crews and their equipment. Travelers should exercise caution when driving, walking, or biking near an active construction zone.
