The Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) announces a total closure of I-10/East Freeway between Freeport Street and Uvalde Road /Market Street, next weekend, beginning at 9:00 p.m. Friday, August 14, to 5:00 a.m. Monday, August 17. for asphalt repairs.

I-10 westbound between Freeport Street and Uvalde Road /Market Street: Total Closure – Motorists are advised to exit Uvalde Road/Market Street (779B) to the frontage road, continue past Uvalde, then merge back into the I-10 westbound mainlanes.
Motorists may experience delays. Closures are subject to change due to adverse weather.
