Lane Closures for I-10 Rehabilitation Project in New Mexico Begin July 18

The New Mexico Department of Transportation District One office in cooperation with Mountain States Construction, Inc. (Contractor) are excited to announce the upcoming roadway rehabilitation project on Interstate 10 from milepost 75 (6 miles west of Deming) to milepost 84 (Deming).

Beginning Monday, July 18, 2022, drivers can expect various daytime lane closures on both the eastbound and westbound lanes as needed. Contractorā€™s hours of operation will be from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. This rehabilitation project was awarded in the amount if $14 million and is expected to take 120 working days to complete, weather pending.
