The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) reports that, as part of their I-10 from I-295 to I-95 widening project, closures and detours are scheduled at multiple interchanges within the project limits through Thursday, July 31 while crews perform construction work, weather and unforeseen circumstances permitting. Please note that schedules may be adjusted to avoid conflicting detour traffic along the routes.
Closures scheduled through Thursday, July 31 from 10:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m.:
- McDuff Avenue on-ramp to I-10 East closed:Â Drivers will detour to Roselle Street, then go east to Stockton Street to access I-10 East.
- Irene Street on-ramp to I-10 West closed:Â Drivers will detour to Edison Avenue and make a right on Forest Street to access I-10 West.
Closures scheduled Tuesday, July 29 from 10:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m.:
- Lane Avenue on-ramp to I-10 West closed: Southbound Lane Avenue drivers will detour to Normandy Boulevard, make a left on Normandy Boulevard, then left on Lenox Avenue and left on Cassat Avenue to access I-10 West. Northbound Lane Avenue drivers will detour to Highway Avenue, make a right on Highway Avenue and right on Cassat Avenue and access I-10 West.
- I-10 West off-ramp to Cassat Avenue closed:Â Drivers will detour to Lane Avenue, go right on Lane Avenue and right on Highway Avenue to access Cassat Avenue.
- Cassat Avenue on-ramp to I-10 East closed: Northbound Cassat Avenue drivers will continue on Cassat Avenue, make a right on Highway Avenue and right on McDuff Avenue to access I-10. Southbound Cassat Avenue drivers will make a left of Lenox Avenue and follow Lenox after it becomes Rayford Street to Mc Duff Avenue and make a left on McDuff Avenue to access I-10 East.
Closure scheduled Wednesday, July 30 from 10:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m.:
- I-10 West off-ramp to McDuff Avenue closed:Â Drivers will detour to the Luna Street exit, turn left on Luna Street and use the I-10 East ramp to access McDuff Avenue.
