It was my birthday weekend, and I had a couple of days off, so we spent a five-day weekend at Galveston Island RV Resort, just to get away from the house for a few days.
This is a very, very nice park, clean and well-kept, with generously-sized, level concrete pads and plenty of room between the sites. Neither my husband or I took in the pool, hot tub, or lazy river, but they looked popular and well-tended.
The staff was very friendly at check-in, and we even got a nice thank-you email after our departure.
