New Mexico: I-10 Construction Near Mesquite Now Set for January Completion

I-95 Richmond | Virginia DOTA lengthy construction project along a segment of Interstate 10 in southern Doña Ana County is nearing completion, bringing relief to thousands of area drivers.

Later this week, the eastbound on-ramp and off-ramp for Exit 151 near Mesquite will reopen, New Mexico Department of Transportation spokeswoman Bridgette Spedalieri said.

But the bridge and westbound on- and off-ramps there, about halfway between Las Cruces and El Paso, may stay closed, she added, till early January due to delays caused by weather and unexpectedly stubborn soil.
